If I'm ever levelling anything up to 100, it must be in desperation for money after breeding/buying pokéballs. And if I should end up doing this, it will probably be one of these five that hits the number first:
Scrafty
Tirtouga
Reuniclus
Hippowdon
Mienshao

This worked in generation four, but the levels are generated differently in gen V Battle Subway.
