I could sprite them if you wanted (as well as make movesets, etc, that kind of stuff just comes naturally to me) anywho it's entirely up to you.

The Hall Of Eternity
After You defeat the Champion or whatever you may have i mind SpartanPatriot, you can go to a cave with a room full of Legend characters from the game and anime series and batle them when you what, eg. say you put the Champion from R/S Steven in there he would have the same PKMN as he did in the game. And you could have characters from your game as well...
My list for my Azure game includes so far,
Ash/Red Steven
Misty Cynthia(champion in D/P)
Leader of evil teams,
Gary Lance(champ from G/S/C)
Champion from my game
A special apperance by me as well,LOL

Arena:
oh and I have another idea, when you are at the menu, once you have started your game there will be an option called "Arena" when you select it you enter an arena with your pokemon from your game and battle certain trainers, from 1-50 the goal is to get to no. 1, whenever you beat a trainer you go up on the list, or something like that, or if you can't do it on the menu do it in a building somewhere in game.

These are the ideas we've come up with, by the way could you post a beta on the main page? Or do you not have a beta yet? If not we'll need one soon, our thread is going to die
