What I really don't understand is why people put Speed EV's on Ninjask when it is already the fastest Pokemon in the game. Why not put it in HP / Def / SDef to get more survability? On Celebi I would rather pass Swords Dance than Substitute, but you can also do both. Vaporeon should use Acid...

Use Ice Beam DDTar to be cooler than using HP Grass. Why do you need to use Jolly on Dugtrio? Just use Adamant with 339 / 334 Speed. I like 334 so I don't take a 50% chance with the other Dugtrios that show up.

306 outspeeds the 205 Metagross / Tyranitar, while 222 ties Standard Magneton but that doesn't always help you. Then again, most Magnetons run 225, so I run 226 on my Metagross to kill it before I die. I would just got with 206 for Umbreon.

This isn't RSE, there is no Faint Attack, this is RBY.

In-Game I don't really feel a need for Rest unless you are doing it against BF where the opponents are good, I would just go with Protect. Bold or Calm is really up to you.

With that change, you have a solid In-Game team, now all you need to do is get it. ^_^
