  • It would definitely take time for all of the pictures to be personalized. I do love a really good Butterfly Effect. We could def dub it the "Butterfree Effect", just throwing that out there.

And yes, yes we should. I'm going to type a massive list of ideas and pitch it towards Ben, and see what he thinks. I'm all over the place. What if we took to stepping inside the shoes of a mother? Or even a Father? Or even better yet, a Gym leader? Or, we could choose one of the various types of trainers, like a psychic or a detective, and give them a 3 pokemon type choice like that. For instance, a Psychic rushes from the house after hearing a scream, and sees their son/daughter/husband/wife lying on the floor. From their pocket, lays 3 pokeballs, and theres a time rush to choose which they want. Psychic is forced to choose between Girrafig, Ralts, or Gothita (These don't have to be the 3, but any psychic could be used.) Then they run off to save whoever of their family remains, who was the one who screamed.

There's much I have to go through, but that's just a smidge, and I sincerely hope I didn't confuse you.
Damn Nora and her amazingness. I'd send her to the Void with Mew, if I could. Can't wait for the day to come.

But as for the ideas, You, Chronicle (the friend of mine in carrib who is also an animation designer), Cy, myself and Ben can make something happen. If anything, I think it would be rather nice to make a game that we all would be willing to pitch a general theme for. I would definitely like a villain based game, but with the trademark Rising Phoenix put on their game with the ability to make choices, the Butterfly Effect is nearly canceled out for us, unless we can get extremely unique with it.

Cy brought to my attention one of the entries to Aggron, saying how it shows off it's battle history with scars, occasionally broken horns, and chinks in it's armor. That would make a wonderful dynamic to the game, something we could have be made for a more mature audience, a darker game, where not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Alolan was a wonderful example of this, and after listening to Creep Plays' video on a few pokemon entries changed by Alolns darker history, I was finding myself wanting something with more treacherous roots.

Pokémon would be able to show how much they had gone through, various scars and deformities coming across in reference to what they had been through. If a trainer is not good enough to their pokemon, enough faintings can literally make that pokemon either die for good, or be rewired into a rabid/feral form of itself. Everything can be rewrapped into something more macabre version. And there can be a resistance! There can be a taskforce that strives to put down plenty of vile pokemon or even the cult we have to come up with a name for/Team somebodys, and it becomes a race to the finish for ending this apocalypse. There could be a cool Real World tuner in the Pokegear that keeps the trainer updated on the goings and happenings of events, like how they have in Plague Inc, where scientists are working to find whatever cure they can, where in our case it would be the resistance trying to put down all of the bad happening.

I'm making the mistake of brainstorming at your face, but that's just a mess of stuff that is trampling through my mind right now.
Is there anything you would like to interject with?
More than likely Normal. I wanted a nice ad smooth run through of the game before turning up the heat. Getting a feel for it before I take on the challenges. Funnily enough, a friend of mine from the Caribbean referred this game to me, from the Caicos Islands.

But I actually am in connection with the maker of the fangame Pokémon Nobelium. I was considering asking him if he would like my help in plot making. I really feel for him that his team had no problem leaving him high and dry, and I asked if he would consider having a more promising time if I introduced a plotline to him.

Would you be interested in joining as a Team Member if he accepts my offer? I would trust you to be an apt proofreader, considering your history in the expanses of literature. In fact, you might even have more experience than I as a proofreader. And as many books as you've more than likely come across, along with your love of fantasy and Pokémon, I would think we would make a wonderful pair of plot-creationists.
I am with you on that.

I plan to stick to Dragon, Dark and Ghost types through this game. I know how hard it will be, but that is the very best part of a challenge. :P

Zeta/Omnicron, I'll look it right now, actually. I was looking for something else to sink my teeth into. I would love it if someone made a complete game from the villain's point of view. >_>
I respect it, but it's just unfair when it comes to Justice in some aspects. But Justice is subjective, so it's a paradox in its own right.

And thank you for the praise. It's hard, but determination and a sharp mind will see me through.

I have a ridiculously high love for Brick Bronze. The creators have done a phenomenal job on it. It includes a wide variety of pokemon, and though I'm no fan on the new gen pokes from X and Y down, I have to say this game make it an easier grasp on the concept of them. With them being mashed with the other pokes, it allows the player to feel a bit more connected with the aspect of pokemon and what choices you make as a trainer, in general. It also broadens the measures of tactics used in actual gameplay. Battles become more tense and it really is a test to see who knows more in the world of Pokes.

I love Insurgence, so far. I have only been playing it for approximately a day, and already I've gotten the Sun badge. I have a team of near 30 level pokes, as of now. Ive got a Riolu, an Axew, a Mightyena, a Delta Charmeleon, a Ghastly, and a Cubone.
    xD
    It really was.

It is pretty tedious, but in a country like America, sometimes it's not about what you know, moreso who you know. I'm just a babe in this though, just getting my Associates Degree, so that's a thing. Filling in my past time on the computer doing useless things like playing Roblox Pokémon Brick Bronze (Which I am fully recommending to you if you like doing leh Pokémanzuh) ang Pokémon Insurgence. I'm a wonderful Pokebreeder on Roblox, and have managed to collect quite a few pretties.

I also have made my own font, and though I don't know whether it will show up on your screen considering you don't have it downloaded to your computer or not, I am going to test it.

    This-is-a-test.
I empathize with your cause. I can see where your passion is, honestly. I do wish the best for you and your endeavors. Personally, I couldn't agree more. I took volunteer work at a library, and I can't explain how it really impacted me, as it would take too long. I just appreciate it as a solace, somewhere quiet and respectful. It in itself is a symbol of resounding respite from the troubles of the world just beyond its doors. A peaceful place to connect with others on levels less worldly.
Didn't I just say I wasn't going to take too long on that? Excuse my rambling.

But yes, I am, getting back on career topic. I am going for Special Agent in the FBI, and if successful in that course, I plan to look into being in the Secret Service. But if all else fails, then I probably will be just a Detective.
It truly is something. Kept me going, and even while I'm on break I still get those little urges to go and see what more I can develop on him. No problem for the link. :)

Currently I'm majoring in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement, while minoring in Psychology. No worry on the questions, I don't mind. Cordiality is one of my strongest suites.
What pushed you to pursue Library Information? Is it safe to assume you appreciate literature on a more generalized spectrum rather than a 'This is my favorite book' soft of degree?
Ha, I understand. The mods are rather picky.
And yes, SL is very old. I believe it ran all the way back to 2000, but I could be mistaken. Very friendly community, and very good on their Lore facts. They stick to the book while keeping everything flexible and allowing for creative measures on behalf of the RPer. For example, I am a Sith Warrior who learns under Darth Tormentous. I have enough Force Powers under my belt to tame animals well enough, and that was a theme I am going with for my char. A Dragon Tamer, specifically. Slade is a pretty interesting person, considering he's gotten his Force Powers from a little Ichani girl who was also a Force Nexus embodied, who corrupted his mind with taints of the Dark Side. She, Krynn, is played by my sister's friend, PDox. It's really nice what we have going on. :P If you're interested in joining the site, or even simply looking around, the link is http://sithlore75146.yuku.com/directory.

No need to feel old. We all age, and I am doing college-y things, too. W_^V
    -Waves hand, dismissively-
Nah, you're fine. It doesn't bother me that you've chosen here; no biggie. It's nice just knowing you replied, period. :P

I can't say I've ever RP'd Pokémon, but I have done the star wars thing (currently taking a break from it, since I've gotten wrapped back up in Pokémon), and RP'd as a wolf in the Wolf RPG. I've been between those two sites since 2009, so don't feel too old. Haha
