That's ok, I got there just in time when they started talking about the hacking of teh Shayminz.
I know how you feel about the cheatingness. I'm going to dig up an old grave here but before I got my shiny Beldum/Metagross (true first shiny), a long time ago me and a friend were having a race to see who could get a shiny first..... It took forever, I got tired and looked up AR codes and got a shiny Vulpix, the pressure of wanting to get one first got to me. I later admitted to cheating to win the race after I got Beldum. But to this day that person still hasn't gotten their first shiny, it's quite sad actually. I've beaten them 29 times over in their race now. =( And I'm avidly against cheating of any kind, the bad feeling broke me from it.
Now apparently it's kicking my ass because I'm battling all these people and their hacked Pokemon. The person with the hacked Latias that I battled has seemed to fall off the face of the earth after I said "so you battle me with hacked Pokemon..."
Oh well. It wasn't in their rules so it was legal but they seemed so "against cheating" to begin with.
The upside to that though is if it was cheated (they got it from another person they knew), it probably had good IVs, and if it was trained, then that's even better, it shows I can actually win.
That person could still get ripped apart by Garchomp or something, and if I had my shiny Dragonite then and lead with it, it probably wouldn't have lasted long unless they went double Thunderhax on me. >_>
Which probably would've happened, seems like every time I got hit with that goddamn move I got paralyzed. Rendered my Mismagius useless, and they got Slim before he could do his disappearing act.
Thanks for the "good luck". I hope you get Uxie soon too.
If you're wondering, I think I still have the Ninetails on my main FR game (but it came from LG).
I EV trained it, but it still sucks horrendously bad, my real Pokemon would be able to take it down in a hurry.
Oh god the irony.......
"Quit hurting yourself!"
