hey swampert, can you help me with the text functions for rom tools? i figured i would add a text-editing function to my workshop, including editing trainer's names, what they say, etc., because i think that would be very useful. ;)

Ah, no wonder, but, you have no idea my Broadband speed, this is Fiji xD. Currently, I need ideas, and keep on improving my tools :). But, I guess, I'll see a lot of new stuff from you.

Well I guess I'm taking a break. I have a lot of stuff going on at the minute. Visiting universities, school work, I also have my driving test in less than two weeks. I know I have some stuff to improve on my existing tools, I'll do that when school ends for the summer. ;)

The ROMs are pretty easy to find, jut do a little digging in Google. I had to download 7 different language ROMs to make PokéEdit DP compatible across the board. Still, I didn't mind because it only took about 30 seconds to download each one :)

Yeah, it is easier but makes the project too bulky - too much lines(my poor eyes) Well, I think of adding other translations too, but dunno any other language besides english... As for the ROMs, also another problem - so far only got German Emerald - but, I guess, if people want it to work with other versions they ought to send me the offsets :). Good luck, with yours too. What do you plan to do these days?

Yep, I guess you're right. I have the readINI function so I should try it out. I always found it easier to just add all the offsets in and keep it a stand alone exe. I'll look into it though! Well done for adding French to yours should be pretty easy to add the rest now! (If you can get the ROMs...)

Hey, Swampert22, guess what? :) I added a french translation to my tool, Trader - someone, requested it and told me. Anyways, the point is working with inis is easy(of course I was taught by someone :p), you should try sometime.

It will be lots of hard work, but a vital addition to GS hacking when it's done. Will you be making it compatible with Crystal, bearing in mind all the different offsets? Also, there are the phone rematch battles to think about ;)

Keep working hard! I'm having a bit of a break for a while. If I do one thing for too long, I get bored and lose interest in it!

i'm glad! i haven't really had time to work on the site much. i guess we can get that going after we've both got our major projects out of the way. ;)

thanks. i think it looks a bit cluttered, but it gets the info to the user. but the trainers are like the gym leaders/elite four. there's no set formula, which means i've got to enter all of the info for each trainer by hand. uggghhh! lol. the product should be well worth it though.

as i said, the most that could be done (most likely by us) would be to make something that allows you to duel on the same computer.

ive tryed thats why im asking for this favor plus im not good at making decks only playing them so i need a tool to play others just now till i get better

reaper, that would be a huge task. i'm not sure any of us would be able to do something that allows you to battle online (though i may be mistaken). the most that could be done would probably be to duel on the same computer. (not trying to speak for anyone here. ;))

there are a lot of sites out there that discuss yugioh strategy. give them a try. i actually find them to be very useful for my playstation yugioh game. ;)

Well, yes I do have Pokémon Diamond version, don't play on it so much anymore seeing as I have completed it. I sometimes just do the odd battle if I get bored...
