Aha, Buneary has it as an egg move, and it's egg group is human like, so here's what I'll do :
1.Get my Abra (has ele punches)
2.Put in daycare with Buneary
3.Get the egg, hatch it
4.Put new buneary with egg moves in day care
5.Put sneasel in with it
6. Voila!

yea i changed bellsprout to turtwig cause i can't over write starters cry:(
