I was young, too. All I remember is one day having the TV on when the pokemon anime came on. I forget what episode it was exactly, but what I do remember is being immediately transfixed. It was love at first sight!

It varies. Usually, I first plan my team before I start to play. So since I typically have a different team each time I play, it changes from when I have my full team.

As others have said, you are never too old for Pokemon if it's what you love/like. Me and myself, I actually dropped watching Pokemon because people made fun of me for watching it. But now I'm in university and re-watching it because it's fun!
