Oh my gosh it's adorable! You're right though, fan art can make the most vile of Pokemon irresistible. Personally, I think that Palkia is extremely cute and sweet. The least cute Pokemon: Rayquaza, Giratina, Terrakion, Mewtwo, Raticate Bibarel, Arceus, etc.
