Even with the ini, opening this in PGE and attempting to use any of the editors causes the unhandled exception "Input string was not in the correct format".
Please help...
To those talking about the broken link, I have a mirror for the compiler (but the compiler only):

How can I implement your FireRed real-time clock/Espeon/Umbreon without the whole "Catch 'Em All" patch? I tried editing the hexes manually according to the documentation, but that just rendered the game unplayable. (It didn't go past the "Game Freak Presents" screen.)
I also think the menu decapping should be undone, as menus are still capitalized in modern games (i.e. X/Y/OR/AS), and the whole point of the decapping was to be consistent with modern games.
Reposting this since it never actually got answered.
Also, do you know what Pikachu's ROM Number/ID is in FireRed? Trying to change its cry with Advanced Cry.
You have to use a v1.0 ROM; 1.1 won't work. You can check the version based on whether the first screen says "Game Freak Presents" (1.1) or just "Game Freak" (1.0).
Also, is there anyway this could be repointed for LeafGreen?
I know of a canon way Eevee can evolve into Espeon or Umbreon without a time system, therefore allowing it to evolve in FireRed when played on an actual Game Boy Advance and LeafGreen.
In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, there are key items called the Sun Shard and the Moon Shard, which evolve...
Could you please make a version of your patch that includes just the new features and not Throwback?
Also, what do you mean by "tweaking starters"? Will it still be Lv. 5 Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle?
Now I feel dumb for even bringing up those ideas. Sorry.
...May I ask what did you use to edit the title screen for FireRed's "Catch 'Em All" patch? And is it possible to edit the LeafGreen title screen at this time?
That sounds cool. I might use your modified version as a ROMbase for my hack.
Here's a second ROMbase for PSS: https://www.pokecommunity.com/posts/6265988/
