Nice to see you in a jolly mood, Mr. Darkness. :-] Hope you're having as good a day today. I'm doing so-so. Mu computer was down and is still not acting right even though I took it in to be fixed. The power source went out, but both my browsers are still acting funny...
I tried like the dickens to win that Master rank but have had miserable luck, mostly in the visual competitions. I know I'm using the correct accessories for each theme, so have yet to figure out the secret to winning. My Pidgeot evolved into Pidgeotto, has her fur meter maxed out, and now has her footprint ribbon, too. Before the competitions I get her massages at the resort and Veilstone so she's relaxed, happy, and at her peak, but nothing has helped. I read that having a scarf adds points to your score; that's why I asked about getting her one. Maybe I should trade some berries for better accessories? Or take a different Pokemon for a stroll in the park, to see if we can pick up something that might help? I even tried entering her in the smart division instead of cool, thinking that might help. (I can work my way around/through/under/over the Great Wall of China, given half the chance lol. But no Master rank! :-[ ) Maybe she's just not the best Pokemon for winning cool or smart....
I can breed a male with ditto and get results??? Will have to check my player's guide again. Seem to remember needing a female, but will be ecstatic if your suggestion turns out to be correct.
I suppose I couldn't keep it a secret if Wallace played Pokemon with me, I'd have to tell my grandkids and then their parents would know. It'd get around to everyone in the family eventually, so he has a valid worry. But they all know I play and think I'm amazing for it, so I don't understand the fuss. I've never been one to limit myself to please others' opinions of me, and am quite proud of all I can do that other's can't, as a result of that attitude. But as you say, its his loss! :-]
