XD Sorry grace, meant to get back to you sooner. If you're just going to Explode I'd say hell yeah, that's plenty enough. My Licky does that and I'm pretty sure it's got somewhere between 23-26 Attack IVs instead of the perfect 31. Anyway, she kills 9/10 times with it so it worked out.
