I'm sorry, I was able to ask a friend who's an IT on the issue. He was able to fix it. He said my firewall was blocking log in information from staying and constantly logging me out. Thanks for the help though.

Cookies should be enabled. Does the fact that my computer runs HTTPS instead of HTTP do anything? I logged in with remember me on and off and it does the same. I was able to get Java permission for chat but the log off situation still happens. :(
