Hello, I just signed up, as I'm sure those viewing this would already know.

I just got back into Pokemon due to a friend of mine and have sort of been left playing alone. I have gotten hooked by it all over again and the breeding, Masuda Method, and shiny hunting is rather fun. I really haven't done much past the breeding stage and ev training so I haven't seen what I can do in actual battles versus people.

I'm a pretty neutral person who loves writing, reading, and playing different video games. I hope to get along with everyone here and have a fun time playing pokemon/discussing pokemon with new people.

Fellow Shiny Hunter, eh? I admit, while that is really long to do, yeah, it can be pretty fun! I'm learning about more advanced strategies myself, and I hope that my shiny progress will come better soon! By the way, what sort of shinies are you trying to get right now? I'm looking for a Shiny Seviper, which takes a long while to hatch. Next in my list is Eevee! Why not take a look at the Trade Corner? It seems perfect for you, if you would like to trade with others when it comes to finding IV breds, or shinies!

Ohh, and for video games, I'm more than happy to show you around the Video Games board, for chatting about all your favourite video games, or video game experiences there! We also have a wonderful Fan Fiction and Writing board, so you can share your writing pieces with others, or see what other people have created! Mmm, but we will be happy to have you around the forums on discuss a whole bunch of different stuff, so don't be shy on meeting and part-taking in different stuff with us!

Thank you for the welcome and quick links to the various areas of the forums. You've reminded me! I have been looking into getting a Seviper to breed a shiny of it, as one is just so adorable. I actually just got my shiny Eevee at about 4 am yesterday and I'm very pleased to say he's got all 5 IVs and the Hidden Ability. The lil' guy will make me squeal just thinking about finally getting him after a good while. If you'd like I can give you a 6iv Eevee to help you with the breeding for it or if you also like I could try my hand at breeding a shiny Eevee for you.~
I've been looking into the Hidden Code (pardon if that's wrong) that supposedly tells of your shiny rate. It's a strange concept to me but I'm still looking around for various tips to help with shiny breeding or hunting.

Well hi there, nice to see you here at PC! Nice TARDIS avatar btw, I take it you like Doctor Who by any means?

Aura has probably shown you around most of the forums already so I'll just leave it to you to check them out, in fact I'm sure you might find some new friends here because everyone is friendly and diverse just like the forum itself. I know from general experience at how helpful the staff team and the majority of the active members are, so I'm sure you'll have no problem settling in.
