As for the science not equaling philosophy, they are closer than you think, in terms of reductionism, and other sort of thoughts along the line. It is not like where science and religion diverge and cause trouble. with philosophy, you can just be more general, while still backing up your scientific claim. Epistemology is only one example of how science and knowledge can work together. Epistemology is the philosophical study of knowledge.

You could come in and speak your mind, that is how general philosophy is. ;)

I enjoyed your excessively logical observations, I think you should continue with the scientific posts. I wish someone like you were writing for Pokemon, I bet it'd have more of a "LOST" feel to it. That would seize my interests.
