as said above if you aren't artistic yourself and need help with sprites i suggest you'd make a post on the recruitment forum here people will come to look to help people like you in need of help. you should add details to what kind of sprites you want and of course free lancers will do the work...

As of right now i don't know/believe there are any map making tools for ios devices (not including mac) macs can use advance maps like anybody else.

are there any tools that would even support this since you need specific libraries and are you developing on a phone? since you have many android development tools on pc

hey i saw your post on the questions under game development are you thinking of making a game on android and do you have any ideas where to start if this is possible?
