Yeah, well I guess my problem is I'm comparing it to season 3 anime. I'm watching through all 650+ episodes, and I'm at 141 now.

Ok, so I just now noticed (because I'm working my way back up to the current episodes) that the animation style has changed. Of course I'm not used to it, but I'm not sure I like it. It seems more cartoonish, and less like anime. IDK, but what are everyone else's thoughts on it?

I would keep Ash, but instead of him staying 10 years old forever, I would allow him to grow, and become very powerful. The show would start with a younger aged audience, but the content would become more mature as the viewers do. That way people who watch the show wouldn't outgrow it. Lol if...

That would be cool. I also think it would be awesome if he returned for his mistreated Gyarados. If he had only just used his pokeball to call it back when it evolved lol. He could also use his trusty pal Growlie.

I think it would only work is they had a large enough budget. Movies like Avatar had great CG, so it could be possible to make a pokemon movie look cool. However if they did, it should be called Pocket Monsters, and be about totally different characters than the anime.

My point was that James would be off training, and growing stronger. James' pokemon always have a strong bond to him, and he is actually a very capable trainer when his heart is in the right place. I don't think James would really be a popular choice as the final challenge, but maybe he could be...
