yep and that should give you 252 ev's in speed.......have you already started yet?

okay if you have the pokerus and the macho brace then...........give it 10 carbos for 100 EVs in speed...after, battle about 25 staravias and you will gain all 252 evs in speed...got it?

exactly OR...you can put the pkmn with pokerus in the first slot and put snover in the 2nd slot....do you few wild battles and snover should catch the pokerus...THEN you can start ev training your snover to be the best it can be...got it now?

okay well while training your abomasnow (actually snover) keep a pokemon with the pokerus next to it, and it'll catch the poke virus.....got it? have you started ev training it yet?

well do you have any pokemon that will give it the pokerus?

okay well if you have the macho brace and the pokerus then for attack you will only have to battle 42 bibarels/kriketune.....for speed 42 staravias and only 2 bidoofs for HP
but it'll be less if you give it 10 proteins for attack and 10 carbos for speed....

leftovers will be perfect to give it, to give you back HP after a wood hammer recoil dammage! good thinking, so do you have the whole set up for Abomasnow now?

okay well then let it now Ice shard, wood hammer, earthquake, and swords dance and let it hold the leftovers........your ev spread is perfect!

and what do you mean how many pokemon do you have to kill?

I say go with Ice shard.....why do you choose wood hammer? well, I guess either grass move will be fine and do you know what item to give it?
