I wouldn't use the fact that team instinct has less players as making it harder to get gym bonuses. I have no trouble getting gym bonuses, and the fact that there are more gyms to take over means more XP. The battles massively favour the attacker, so taking a gym is always easy, and keeping it...

we have this special carved tree in a park next to us. That's a pokestop. So is the sign next to the tree that tells you the name of the park. And there are 3 of these signs in the park lol, each one is a pokestop.

I got zubat in 5 in 6 pokeballs, but I have only caught 5 pokemon so far. That was my most so far though (I think I was quite lucky)

is this good or bad...I did more exercise today than pretty much all of last week XD People are looking at me in weird ways as I keep stopping lol
