  • She is a university professor. Got her Master's in criminal psychology [which falls under Psychopathology] at the University of Leiden.

Did you not know I was a university student?
Well, since computers run data through all the parts on the computer, it has to initially obtain that data, from the HDD. If the hard drive is bad, for instance, it can cause slow loading times, and a variety of other issues, some of which may seem like RAM allocation issues, all because the computer itself has trouble obtaining data from the hard drive in order to load that program or file. :)
He says other programs like IE go really slow. I think it's his hard drive to be honest. :/
Also true. Anyways, I have a question.
"What do I do if MSN (Windows Live Messenger) crashes every time I open it?"
Asked by a friend of mine.
I'm thinking it's a virus, or a RAM allocation issue. Maybe the hard drive as well?
I see. Do you know if the LaptopConnect Cards have any kind of quota?
I was looking into those before we got HughesNet last September.
It's Hughes Network Systems. HughesNet, for short.
Although, Semptember of 2010 (next year), we're upgrading to a better plan.
The only reason we're upgrading then and not now, is because my parents financed the equipment. It's an extra $20 a month, for two years. We're upgrading two plans up ($20 more a month, but it'll be equalized once the contract is up and the equipment is payed for.)
Not usually. I have a 150MB per day data transfer limit. But, I can during 1AM to 6AM, when my D/U limit isn't in effect.
Let's see, you like computers. I like computers. You and I both like making suggestions for the rep system and I like your ideas.
    Friends?
Well I'm not vastly familiar with some of the finer intricacies of PowerPC and how it's likely to impact the availability of code for compiling homebrew apps. What's the deal with cross-compiling? Is it just a matter of having the source-code available in the first place? You've used far more 'Nix than I have; and while the Xbox was built on Win2K's kernel and ran x86 code the Xbox 360 is a PowerPC and it looks like much of the homebrew may be Linux-orientated.
    Hey :D

You seem like this might interest you. Looks like Free60.org will shortly be releasing a public end user exploit to allow homebrew and Linux on current model Xbox 360's (the previous exploit from 2007 only worked in very select models). If this pans out I'm going to write a guide for PC users who want to do some homebrew (given the original Xbox Scene; imagine what the emulators could be like on 360? :O) and I was wondering if you had a 360 if you'd like to contribute? XD It's all a "when it happens" sorta thing; but if you're interested I'd love your help :D
Wow, I actually did get an Asus Eee PC. X3

Not a fancy one, the Asus Eee PC 2G. Just a cheap temp. :P 125 dollars, 512MB RAM, 2GB SDD, 900 MHz processor.

I wonder if I can upgrade the processor or if everything is default...

I am going to try it out first. I am going to go onto Youtube, try the videos, try having PC open while I listen to Youtube, things like that. That's all I need to do with it. I am not looking for a super powerful notebook, just a cheap netbook. : 3 If I don't like it, I can always resell it. I can probably get 160 bucks off it, I mean really..look at all the people on Ebay. There are people bidding up to 200 bucks on the one I have. @_@
Your IP locator is creepy. But it's incorrect. It has the IP address and internet service provider right, but it says I live in Conroe, Texas, which is not right. I am nowhere near Texas. x3
