    6th Gen So...Shiny rates increased?

    Make no mistake, it's still extremely easy to play this game from start to fins oh without ever seeing a shiny. chaining isn't exactly easy and you can hatch eggs for days and probably never see a shiny.     6th Gen The XYZ of Gen VI's Failings so far and why the next Game will be MUCH better

    You can spend all those hours killing hundreds of magikarp to ev train if you want to. I'm glad they have super training and horde battles now. And as for the exp share, that's invalid to complain about seeing how you have a choice to use it.

    Finally got my first shiny last night after about 42 eggs. finally scored my shiny Growlithe (Arcanine is my favorite pokemon). I tried for axew first but stopped at 60. I don't think I'll ever do 1000+ in one sitting though.

    Ok so I'm trying for a shiny axew and I'm about two boxes in. I'm breeding it with a Japanese ditto. Now if I switch the axew I'm using to another, will that ruin anything?
