    Quick question, When i try to evolve my Chickorita (Fire red version), All that happens is the evolution stops. Is it because there is no national dex? I was wondering how i can fix this, So i can allow Chickorita and its evolutions to evolve. Thank you. I know this is a pretty stupid question...
