    Combine all regions into one game. (excluding Unova)

    I'm new here so I don't exactly know if this has been discussed before. A quick search of "all regions" showed none. Basically, my idea is to combine kanto, johto, hoenn, and sinnoh. The player would choose what region to start out in, play through it (mostly) normally, then go on to the next...
