The building in the sand with the 2 doors is just temporary closed, it says so on their doors.... But anyway, can you put the sailor(the one who is guarding S.S. Anne port) on that sand path near at the right-side end? That path will lead to S.S. Anne ship port....

Okay here's a brief list:
tile errors all around
when you exit the Pokémon Center, you appear in front of the gatehouse
change path to sand so that it matches with the gatehouse path
the sign displays "pine village" three tines
PC roof is too small
hill thing is not accesible
