It can pretty hard at times, especially the rival battles and most of all the gym leader battles!!
Your pokes get pretty overlevelled for the main game (mine are around lv 40 now) but the rival's and gym leaders pokes are in a 1-2 level range, and they make for an awesome challenge!!

You definitely should try it one day, im loving it :D

Oh nice, Abra becomes a beast as soon as he finally evolves, but yeah, levelling him up can be a real pain :/ what other psychic type can you capture next?
Levelling up in VoltWhite is actually pretty nice, as trainers have stronger pokemons and bigger teams, but that means more xp for your pokes!!

We just went away for a day, I'm back at home already xD

VoltWhite is a Pokedex hack, but it also modifies ALL the trainers' Pokemon, and it completely changes the Gym Leader battles and makes them incredibly hard.
To start, every Gym Leader has a full team of 6, and they can be triple, rotation or double battles as well!! I probably had to try about 20 times before i finally got my 2nd badge...but now my team is incredibly overleveled
