I was only at the begining in Silver and at Gym 8 in Gold So i figured just keep restarting Silver until i get it :P Also I didnt start with Totodile, I started with Cyndoquil

I'm not sure If you want the computer language in English and Msn in English, or Both in Japanese For your MSN, If you want the Menu's in JP then download a Japanese Installer It is a possibilty that the Language settings on your PC are wrong Try going to Control Panel> Regional and Language...
