I have in my possession both Dialga and Palkia, both Level 70, and have yet to be used in battle. Palkia's Speed stat is 145, Dialga's is 152. Dialga beats Palkia by mere digits, but it's there.

Surf would do 1/4 damage to Dialga, and Draco Meteor wouldn't be super effective against it, So Palkia using Draco Meteor would be a waste, because it's stats would go down. Roar of Time would be super-effective against Palkia, so it'd most likely get a 1HKO.

EV Training a Pupitar Level 33 99 HP 64 Atk 88 Def 46 Sp. Atk 64 Sp. Def 48 Spd Ability is Shed Skin, it is male, and nature is Impish. This is my first time EV training a Pokemon. Am I doing good so far?
