Is the lack of a DexNav to locate pokemon with hidden abilities a problem when going to XY?

Remind me - does Metronome (held item) work for multi-turn attacks? For example: an Exploud activates Uproar - a multi-turn move lasting three rounds. Will Metronome proc on only the PP used the first time, or for all three turns of uproar? TIA :-)

I'm curious why you feel that way, as I kinda bypassed the DS Pokemon era. I did buy Pearl, but EverQuest took over my life again for a couple years, and I never got back to it. Would it be worth my while going back and playing it? Will the lack of any internet connectivity for DS titles...

In ORAS I have fishing rod (pity no sub-menu that remembers the last rod - for one extra button press it would be so worth it), bikes (again should be in an extra menu like the rods), and dowsing machine. Were it not for two bikes, I'd return to having Soar registered again.

The New Nintendo 3DS is tops IMO, with it's larger screens, lower weight than the XLs, excellent internet connectivity, and ability to run the latest main series Pokemon games, and Virtual Console R/B/Y. But the GBA-SP rev. 2 brighter screen model with third gen titles was awesome - super...

Yeah I doubt we'll ever get Stadium let alone an internet capable version (for those of us who are solo pokefans where we live). But wouldn't that be awesome??? :-)

Oh well, if that's the case we'll just have to buy a cheap 2DS or cheaper secondhand original 3DS - there are plenty of those on the market. Pity though. I've never been fortunate to live with or near another gamer into the same games as I am, like Pokemon.

Thanks, I reckon XY sounds like a fun change from ORAS. Not just more of the same. So I'll buy X or Y (any preferences? Some better exclusive pokemon?) for in-between my current poke fix and Sun/Moon. When you say XY has more pokemon, are they spread across a greater area, or more per zone...

Pokemon bank doesn't count as a trade to move Pokemon between R/B/Y on a 3DS?
