The Kyurem you want (for Black-form) is the Adamant, which has 31/31/31/12/30/31.

Alright, I'll have to get Latios from SoulSilver to have Defog.
But just one question, why specifically 29 HP and 0 Atk IVs on Latios, they don't need to be that specific, wouldn't you rather HP be 31 and attack be random?

Also, so for Black-Kyurem, you want both Kyurem and Zekrom? Just asking to be sure.

EDIT: I can't do lonely on Kyurem because both Shiny Kyurem I have is Adamant and Modest.

A bred Pokemon will always inherit the mother's Pokeball, which in this case is the Premier Ball. The only way a mother won't pass down the Pokeball is if it's in a Master or Cherish Ball.
