You can find leafeon in lost sea caves(go to the bottom right exit in tabuli and surf right and enter a cave) or you can give a female eevee(can be caught in blue path) a leaf stone(can be bought in retazo big shopping mart) and YES i got angeallen!!!!!!! happy face =DDD

You should be able to... Palkia is in the destiny to the right of Borora Town. To get there, jump off the ledges, head up the steps on top and go left. U shld c a cave.
