Like, if a pokémon screeches at you and lowers your defense harshly, how is filling the area with mist gonna undo that? Also, how is having a "clear body" magically immune to stat reductions?
Maybe "contest" was not the right word. I was gonna make a sort of "encyclopedia" with every decent idea I got, and even go through the effort of making animations/sprites of almost every entry I got. Everyone loves visuals, right? Who could resist?

You know how in Emerald you see a big symbol appear on the screen before you fight someone from Team Magma or Aqua? Is it possible to edit that?
Is it also possible to edit the region map in Emerald?
I set all of that up, now when I try to compile something to a new offset, I get a "Not enough free space found" error. Even if I expand the ROM size and even if I use Free Space Finder.
Everytime I compile this with Pokescript, it never works. I've tried this in Firered, Emerald and Ruby. When I open the compiled script in XSE in AdvanceMap, the compiled version is garbled nonsense that is nowhere near a battle. What am I missing here?
