Training Purrloin is terrible. I can't imagine Liepard is worth all that frustration. Meinfoo gave me a lot of trouble, but that's mostly because he's found so late in the game. He finally evolved while fighting the Elite Four, and ended up taking out Grimsley by himself. I rebooted my game...

I traded myself a Pawnaird as soon as I started the game. He's sturdy, to stay the least. Great defense and very decent offense. He was an absolute powerhouse through the beginning, although he's taken on a sort of "grand master" role recently. He doesn't need as much training as his teammates...

Bug Pokemon needed a boost. They're known for becoming virtually useless by midway through the game. At least some of them can hold their own this gen. I still won't use them of course, since bugs are gross and all, but it's good to see them getting a bit more use. :P

I've been searching the GTS for someone willing to trade a Karrablast for a Shellmet. You would think more people would be seeking out trades like this considering they evolve when traded for each other. All I'm seeing is requests for Reshiram and Zekrom. What are people thinking?!

Preschoolers tend to be around schools, daycares or (at the most extreme) on the outskirts of town. It can be assumed they are almost always under some kind of adult supervision. I caught all my Pokemon in-game. The only Pokemon I used during the Elite Four were Reuniclus and Meinshao.

The distribution of Pokemon is perfect this gen. Reoccurring Pokemon in each and every area was something that really annoyed me about DPPT. New Pokemon are slowly introduced through out the game this time. It makes things very exciting. :)

Perhaps I'm just enamored with the idea of finally having a polar bear Pokemon, but I pick Cubchoo. Sooo cute. :)

The ferris wheel ride with N was absolutely pointless. Definitely a WTF moment.

I like Sawk better just because of his design. They're both very sturdy Pokemon though.
