What he is trying to say is? You want to create a tileset? You want to know how to insert on the rom your tileset? You want to add to your map new tiles? I also made a basic tool very buggy thought but if u follow the tutorial it will make very easy to insert simple tiles:

Just use opera:D Is fast, respects your privacy and since not alot of people use it, u are kind of safe, since there ins't alot of people that will try exploid the bugs it may have. Muahaha is prob even faster then chrome:3
