Yeah you have to tell me what you're using each pokemon for then I can decide an ev spread. I.e Defensive celebi or something like that. And I'll be able to tell by the moves as well so that shouldn't be an issue.

wouldnt doubt it and i used to not get it either but then i figured it out so say you kill a seaking they give 2 atk evs if you have a power item that increases attack then you get 4 more so 2 + 4 = 6 then PKRS kicks in and doubles that to 12 so you get 12 evs per seaking you defeat and 252 is the max and also vitamins are awesome you can only use 10 per poke on each stat but they each give 10 evs in that stat so if you give that poke 10 protiens BEFORE defeating the seaking then you will get 112 evs but they only increase your evs to 100 so it is important that you start wit hvitamins so they can have their funn effect
