Do you think this is solid?

Its Adamant nature, right now its lvl40 dragonair.

It has a ridiculous amount of speed, its speed IV is 31. its Attack as well has a 31 IV

Everytime I lvl it up its speed/attack goes up by 4+ (its a level 59)
