Sorry, I wasn't here for a few days, my internet was down, thanks to the snow.
You can do it! just eat right and exercise daily, I think you're able to, you just need to believe that you can.
I do a routine twice a day every week, 50 sit-ups in the morning, 50 before bed.
Motivational shows are always the best !
