It fitted the storyline. The only thing that kinda makes me think about Season 7 being not as good is that House and Cuddy are together (or so it is assumed from the last episode of Season 6), as it could ruin the tension between the 2, as well as some of the comedy (or increase it). It kinda makes me think it could be Cuddy's last season, possibly.
He was a very brave man, but he agreed to keep their relationship closed, yet he still went to cheat with his wife. He is nice, but very flawed. 13, she is just all round great, and fuels House (especially when he realised she was a bisexual. Her episode "Lucky 13 just made me laugh with House's quotes)
