if a pokemon is holding a power item and i switch out to a different pokemon will they get the same number of EV's?

i have some on Emerald i can migrate, i just didnt think they still worked...i want to restart, but then i'll lose track of their EV's again.:(

Oh. It would make sense. They should do that in Gen 5 I'm thinking that I should use Rapidash more as an in-game Pokemon. Battle results are typically better without her. I think I'm gonna replace Fire Blast with Flare Blitz for the higher accuracy, PP, and Rapiash's godly attack.

Hey Polkop, do you know the IV's needed to get Hidden Power Grass (with base 60+) on a milotic?

True- with LIght Screen he may have endured it. I still think it would have fainted eventually because don't ice-type move up the duration of freezeing? Maybe I'm just being defensive, sorry. It probably wouldn't have made much difference in the long run, anyways.

I am still here, and wish to remain in the PC ladder. I am sorry about the recent inactivity, but seeing as I've had no recent challanges, I figured I could remain slightly inactive and still be in. I've been out of town though, and that is why I have had terrible actvivity.

Freezing was the luck. The crit wouldn't have mattered, you're Torty's (I call Torterras Tortys 'casue I'm so familiar with them. x4 weakness to Ice and Porygon-Z's high Sp. Atk would have taken him. I did get lucky with the freezing, though. I guess it's the game's way to make up for how I lost to a Hitmontop and my streak in the Battle Tower when it got 4 STAB Mach Punch crits with no Focus Energy. Seriously.
