In that case, use a VS Seeker! Just find an idiot in game(and those are dime a dozen!) with high lvl. water, or even better, rock type pokemon, and keep pwning! Oh, and Lopunny isn't a bad pokemon, especially when it uses Return!

Why are you bothering? It sucks! But, from my experience, the fastest, and the best way to level up is to make it hold an exp. share, put it first and keep destroying E4, while you put it in battle with every new oponent's pokemon!

Sure, third games don't have couple of pokemon, but those aren't considered as version-exlusive, and are obtainable at one point in game, wether is it beaten Elite four, or National Dex! Don't trust me... chech it!

Australian TV is rather boring. We don't get cable for free, we have to pay for ours, soooo most people don't have "cable".
