On the Banned Member, i suggest leaving their character behind or killing it, cause you don't know how long away they will be, waiting for them will also be a stupid idea cause it will severely slow down the RP.

Yeah, I'm the same, none of them really are to my liking. I had the same problem with Focus Shift when I left for a bit and also my older one Monochromatic Stains which ended up dying.
Don't kill off the RP, you will regret it, I do with some of mine. A good idea would be to send out a PM, getting everyone to move to the center (to move the RP on), and wait a week, those that don't move get left behind.

Yeah, that's the thing about having lots of RPers, which is why I like it how my RPs only have a few. You can always do a major bunny of all the characters being the GM. I'm guessing you have sent out a mass PM???
