Yeah, I just double checked the possible EV/IV spreads for Latios and it looks like its IV spread is 31/0/31/31/31/31, so it's pretty much perfect. If it's also Shiny and Timid AND from Gen 6, I'd have to say it's likely to be hacked, which is unfortunate... since it's impossible to RNG or obtain stats like that along with Shininess in Gen 6. :/
