In the RNG tool, the 6th Gen tab (the last one) there's your console IP you neer to input. Then launch NTR, then the game while holding left. It should flash 3 times then stay stuck at the Nintendo 3DS screen. Back in the tool where your IP is, click "connect" then "one click". It should unstuck your console and you'll see the frames thing. I didn't use Mode 3 for this, just the regular 3.6 NTR

I managed to figure out why Boot NTR wasn't working for me, it's because the guide never specifies you need to "connect" to the console :|

You extract your save with JKSM (use the .cia). You name the file (ex: Savesun1). It goes on your SD card so you put it into your computer. Save will be in the JKSM Folder>Folder Savesun1>main
Open "main" with PKHeX. Right click on the Pokémon you want to check, select "view", and there will be a green check or a red warning sign, if it's legit or not

Mode 3 is for O3DS, to run games with more memory. Damn, maybe it's just not possible with our O3DS? I don't think so but stillm that would be awful
