    Well, I got close. I hatched a Riolu with an IV spread 28/28/4/11/17-19/31 with everything else you wanted. I was so close but attack was only a 28 and the defenses suck and don't make up for it. I'm gonna keep going. This would be a lot easier if I could hatch a decent female, but it's annoying with riolus being female only 12.5% of the time.

    Sorry, its taking me longer than usual to IV breed, mostly because of the problem of having to evolve every Riolu that I want to put back into the breeding process. Also I somehow lost my good Adamant Ditto, so I had to go out and find one with a 31 in attack. I'm working hard on it though, hopefully I can go through a few generations today and maybe actually be done with it. I'm really sorry it's taking so long.

    I'm not too sure but it learnt moves it shouldn't have. Aromatheraphy is at lvl 73 or sumthing energy ball aswell and seed flare is at lvl 100 (according to serebii)

    I wanted to IV battle you... lol. I think this is the right gastly. if not sorry and ill give you a different one but i'd have to IV battle so i can check again.
