  • It's okay if we're mean to each other because we are BFFs and we understand when the other is joking.
I like trying new things, so that's why I played around in the BIOS. I'm even messing with my University's network now. XD Just because I work at the IT Helpdesk doesn't mean I know a lot about it....
Against horse races? What do you mean?
Nah, you can't really destroy a system. If you remember what you did, you can easily retrace your steps and undo it. That's how I learned so much. I love experimenting with computers. XD
The only thing there remotely interesting to me is equestrian stuff, and I get the feeling that is only because I live in Kentucky. XD
The sad thing is, the only reason I even know what word means is because we are hosting the World Equestrian Games...which I have also never heard of until recently. XD
By "byos" do you mean BIOS? If so, that's something a lot of people don't know about, actually. Computers have too many acronyms. Every time I see the word bios, I think of BIOS, which stands for "Basic Input/Output System." I'm such a computer nerd. XD
As long as you know how to do whatever you need to do on a computer, you should be fine. Only problem with that, is if something goes wrong.
If you feel like reading about it, here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux
It could possibly be done with a flash/jump drive, but I'm not for sure. I knew pretty much how my old school's network worked, so I was able to do a lot of things. It was fun to experiment with. I could have been in a lot of trouble if they ever found out, although, I did get to know the tech guys pretty well, which helped. XD
Yeah, I bet that is annoying.
I could, but you'd have to know a decent amount about computers. Besides, I'm not sure how your school is set up. I just know the way they are setup here. I'm willing to tell you, though. However, the way I did it involved my laptop and a computer that is always connected at home or elsewhere that I had access to that is running Linux.
ZOMG YOU AND STRANGER WERE TALKING A LOT.
NOW YOUR PROFILE IS FULL OF MESSAGES BETWEEN EACH OTHER.

    Hi!
    Fairy tales? XD That's funny.
There are a lot of times that we have absolutely nothing to do, so we're pretty much allowed to do whatever unless we get a call. It's a nice workplace.
Can't get on PC at school? That sucks. When I was in school, I always bypassed the blocks (using a method that no one else knew about). It was quite fun. XD
Oh, that's great! I figured you could do it, though.
I'm doing pretty good. I'm actually at work right now. I always get on PC during work. XD
Good luck with that. I'm sure you'll be able to. That does suck, though. I hate having to memorize everything.
I don't know why I can. It's pretty weird. I've actually heard of people learning like that. It's really interesting.
I think it's because of the boring lecture and the cold room. For some reason, cold rooms are easy for me to sleep in. XD
During my last year of school, I fell asleep all of the time in my Geometry class (for the same reasons), and somehow still understood what the teacher was talking about. XD
Wow, that's clever. I fall asleep in my political science class all of the time. No matter how much slep I have, I can't stay awake.
I can't go to sleep during a storm, but I can almost always sleep through one. I can easily sleep through a lot of things, actually.
