No, Mobile Tsk is not really a mod. You can tell, because "she" doesn't have the blue moderator badge, just the blue name. (I could have been mean, and said yes, but I decided to tell the truth. XD) Actually, if you look at the forum leaders, bgt has also not been officially "downgraded". He's still listed under Staff Admin.
