Any item that works on pure luck is banned, that includes Focus Band, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, King's Rock, and anything else that may or may not have an effect.

As far as the rematch goes, I was ok for that battle because I was helping you sort out those kinks, but the rematch would have to be a proper gym battle and as such you would need to shake up your team a little bit because my gym only allows a max. 3 OU's for both challenger and myself, and your entire team is OU.

Ok so comments on your team:

1. Five of your six items are banned from standard play and the Soul Dew makes Latias uber so she would be banned from standard play also.
2. The natures of your guys are why they are getting out classed so much. Brave nature takes away from Salamence's speed which he needs, and Quirky and Bashful don't help your guys out at all. Rebreeding is usually the way to fix that.
3. Moves wise Salamence is dire. Ember is way too weak to use in Wi-Fi and with his stats he should focus on physical moves.
4. Lastly, Jirachi looks a little like it has random EV's thrown on it since all its stats are close to each other and the fact that it got taken down a OHKO in the battle.

Other than that your team seems fine. The main thing is the natures and Salamence's set. Also, it would help to check out the standard rules set since your team mauls the hax clause and you technically have an uber.
