You mean Ivan? Bleach.wikia puts his name as: アズギアロ・イーバーン in Katakana, or Azugiaro Iibaan. I think the scanlators went with "Azgiaro Ivan", while Viz went with "Asguiaro Ebern", even though they're both technically correct.

Asguiaro gets me nothing on its own.
Ebern is a town in Germany.

"Easy to guess"? So I assume Yama probably already knows who would want to wage war on SS. Since they're Quincies, then Yama might know that not all of them were eradicated.

bleach.wikia defines the Shakonmaku as "The dome-shaped reishi barrier that surrounds Seireitei." in case anyone wondered what it was.

"They can bankai." It SOUNDS like "they can use Bankai", but from what we've seen with Ivan/Ebern, he might mean "they can STEAL bankai". If Yamamoto knows stuff we don't, he might have already known that they were trying stuff with Bankai.

"This shadow only hides the chosen ones." Yay, cryptic. Might have something to do with "True Bloods" that was mentioned earlier, or something.

I'm laughing a bit at how MangaReader's source for Bleach is all messed up.
I guess they hadn't fully prepared for all the traffic they would get since MangaStream and MangaFox were visited by Viz.
But of course, I'm only laughing about it since I already read this week's chapter.

Ok, so we finally learn that Ivan/Ebern is connected to Vandenreich.
Which means that they're most likely Quincies, too.
But Sasakibe's hopefully not dying words have thrown in a nasty wrench...

And with an addition to Kubo's demented fetish, we get to meet the leader of Vandenreich!
But really, is that going to get another arm? A prosthetic might be cool.

But I do like the development though. It it still quite mysterious, besides the "we want war" part. People behind wars usually have a hidden motive or a secret agenda.

Ban Kai for ALL the characters! They either stole it or developed a similar power.

I really don't like Kugo, he's an enemy who never really made sense... Also I feel like they're throwing too many parallels with him and Aizen (the Arrancar/Shinigami vibe, the purple wings in his Bankai form). Boring.

Fullbringers had some real potential for interest and most of them are just so boring. The girl (Riruka?) is the only one who has revealed any kind of special secret power, but if there is only one episode left I doubt we'll learn anything about it anyway.

Guy who's only real scene in the show was getting third party facepalmed by Ichigo back in the SS arc is dead.

Nel's back hopefully we'll get some more adult Nel scenes

When one big bad moves out of Hueco Mundo the next one moves in.

I DEFINITELY think that this is one of the best chapters so far. By quite a bit.

"If you're going to sit down then I guess you won't need your legs."<- Badass. Though personally, I'm not a fan of villains killing their own forces, it definitely is something to show about his own power both in terms of how he inflicts fear, and how many soldiers he must have, of that level.

Is it just me, or has Kubo's drawing improved in general? I like how he's varied quite a bit, from the dark and serious drawing of the new antagonist, and Orihime/Ichigo's cute/round shapes.

So Ishida's getting closer to Ichigo? I guess that puts the decision of which side he'll stick with (since there is still plenty of evidence that Quincies are the core villain group); most likely he'll stay with Ichigo.

OH MY GOD SASAKIBE DIED THE MOST SHOCKING TWIST EVER.

It's a shame they didn't know how many intruders there were, that killed 106 soldiers in 3 mins.

And of course, Ishida/Ichigo's analysis of things.

Arrancars? Haha, looks like everyone was right. I think that was actually good writing on Kubo's part.

And Harribel! What wasn't good writing is that he showed NOTHING of her after she got slashed that suggested that she went to Hueco Mundo at all, even if the database books said so.

Definitely a nice, dense chapter, filled with tons of information. The villain is an ******* who kills and tortures in person, the Quincies are really going all out to beat Soul Society by taking over Hueco Mundo - though how will they do it exactly? Aizen split Soul Society practically in half, and he managed to do jack squat.

And with Harribel captured, and Nel escaped, I think we'll be seeing Grimmjow in the future too - perhaps he also managed to escape, but not into the real world. And he's not likely to fight back against the Vandenreich just yet because he knows that if they have Harribel, then he has no chance.

So I guess Sasakibe is dead huh. Well umm hey at least he was a character most people forgot really easily and didn't really care too much about...? Umm. Yeah. Sucks to be him.

I'm more interested in HOW THE HELL NEL CAME CRASHING DOWN TO EARTH. It's kinda convenient that it was already said (in some interview or something...?) that she was gonna appear but hey I didn't expect it to be this soon... XD

I guess the other espada didn't just automatically die after the Aizen fight after all... ^^; Wish there was more to go on than just that though... =P

Anyway what exactly happened to Harribel anyway...? I'm so confused... >.< (Yeah uhh nothing new there. LOL)

I wish Nel wasn't cut off mid sentence... Damn troll Kubo. =/
