    Hope I ask this question in the right place.

    Is it possible to somehow get an email notification to my personal email address as soon as I get a message here ?

    It's just, because I'm not always logged on here, and may return 4 or more hours later, and then find I have a message, and then I am too late for the trade.
    Different time zones can have a negative side to them :/

    If you head to your User Options (or private messages and look at the bar on the left side anyways) and click 'Edit Options', you can set up email notifications for when you get a PM from other people. There's no such option for VMs/being quoted here though currently implemented.
