A little housekeeping and answering question.
I am a fan of the idea that the gym leaders actually have a strong team and just tailor the difficulty to how many badges the trainer has (for example: Brock just uses Geodude and Onix since he is supposed to be your first gym, and would have better pokemon if it was your 2nd, 3rd, etc.) even though this isn't really supported by canon, especially with how much you can jump around in Gen I.
This is the method I was going to take just for progression sake, making it a steady climb through the Colosseums throughout the journey. Of course, Lords still have some very strong Pokemon, they just won't throw them at someone who is completely new.
Also I completely forgot to list abilities since a lot of SUs forgo it. I do like them in an RP setting, and I do like only having one, since some pokemon have a few great abilities that would be kind of busted to let them have them all.
I haven't really reserved any spots, since there really isn't a huge amount of applying (and I don't really have a set hard cap on the players yet). But sign ups are still open, and I'll keep you in mind.
Is going to be like all the canon stuff where they get progressively stronger as the trainer advances, or are all the Colosseum Lords on roughly the same level and the trainers need to level their Pokemon up to get on their level? I'm guessing their Pokemon won't be leveled to the trainers.
Edit: Also, how do abilities work? Are they in the RP, and if so, do our Pokemon have access to all of them automatically and simultaneously, or does something need to be done to unlock them?

Can I reserve a spot for Vaporeon? I will have my SU done by the end of the day.
