Mirrors: A Kanto Story
Chapter One - The Beginning
The group explore their home city of Pewter for the last time before meeting in person for the first time and heading off on their journeys.
Chapter Two - First Steps
The group set off on the first leg of the journey together, taking the chance to interact and get to know each other a little. It isn't long though before the first signs of trouble ahead appear.

Chapter One - The Beginning
Pewter City is a place like no other in Kanto. It lacks the fame and prestige of the beautiful Cerulean or enormous Saffron and Celadon, but with almost all its buildings hewn from stone it presents a unique visage.
Pewter is a hardy city, isolated from its closest neighbours by the dense Viridian Forest on one end and the treacherous Mount Moon on the other. A sizeable portion of Pewter City?s population are working class families with at least one member who works either researching or mining/excavating in and around Mt. Moon.
Despite its rugged nature, in more recent years Pewter City has taken a turn towards academia with the region?s most prestigious trainer school and attached university being located in the city as well as the famed Pewter City Museum and its famed Geology and Paleontology departments. These days Pewter City?s entertainment district is a weird combination of skeevy pubs and hipster cafes.
Notable Locations
Pewter Gym
Pewter Gym makes use of a vast, rocky battlefield reminiscent of the rugged mountainous terrain to the north and east of the city. It is lead by Brock, who makes use of Rock types. He battles more experienced trainers in three on three battles, but for beginners each side makes use of a single Pokemon.
Pewter City Museum
Pewter Museum is the northernmost building in the city as well as the one at the highest point of elevation. An extremely old building that was hand carved over decades by stone artisans, even after its completion it predates most of the other buildings in the modernised city. It is particularly famous for its geology and paleontology departments.
Trainer School and Pewter University
Neighbouring complexes, Pewter City Trainer?s School and Pewter City University are prestigious institutes with a focus on Pokemon-related fields. State-owned, they were originally very small but in more recent years have grown exponentially and moved to larger more modern campuses next to each other.
